Q: Is your service a replacement for my land or mobile phone?
A: No. VoxPOP services complement and enhance the services offered you by the local carrier and allow you to benefit from innovative exciting features while saving on your long distance charges.
Q: How do I add credit to my account?
A: To add credit to your account please login using the username you received after signing up and the appropriate password. Select Account Info from the menu then click on Buy. Select the Method of Payment, click Continue to select the amount then complete the process. Funds are cleared in real-time and the balance is updated accordingly.
Q: How do I change my account number?
A: The account number cannot be changed at this time.
Q: Do you offer a trial period?
A: Unfortunately no: we decided to keep our rates at the lowest level possible and pass all the savings on to our customers.
Q: How do I cancel the service?
A: You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Login, then navigate to My Account and select Services. Please note that once canceled, all dependent services, including assigned phone numbers are released and a new signup may not provide the old numbers back.
Q: I signed up. Should I have received any information from you?
A: You should have received a confirmation email message as well as an activation link from us shortly after signing up.
If you do not receive an email, it could be that your email program on your computer has blocked our email, suspecting it to be "Spam". Please check your "junk" email folder to see if this email was filtered. If so, please list our email address as being acceptable, so that we can continue to communicate with you.
